Story Butchers

Story Butchers is situated in the centre of Blagdon on the high street, they sell local, high welfare meat including their own 100% grass-fed beef. We can guarantee your meat will be fresh and full of flavour.

From homemade sausages to burgers, roasting joints, BBQ meat, home-baked pies, local cured meats and other locally sourced grocery and deli products all at affordable prices.

Pop in, stock up and say hello next time you’re passing through. We recommend you park in the village car park near the fire station as spaces are limited on the high street.

Our shops are now open for collections

We’ve had a huge number of requests for this over the past few weeks, so we’re very pleased to say that all three of our shops are now open for pre-ordered collections.

You can order online, just mark in the notes which shop you’d like to collect from or you can pop in. After you’ve placed an order we’ll call you back to confirm when it’s ready, usually the next working day.

We want to minimise the number of people at the shop, so please don’t come down before this and when you do visit, please ensure you follow the social distancing measure we have in place. ORDER ONLINE

Our Opening Hours

Blagdon – Tuesday – Friday: 10am to 3pm & Saturdays 10am – 1pm

Bristol – Monday to Friday: 10am to 3pm

Worle – Tuesday to Saturday: 10am to 3pm

Our delivery service is still active, so if you’re unable to leave the house or don’t live locally, please continue to order through the website.

If you can, we’d also love for you to tell your friends and neighbours that we’re still open & still delivering, as it’s only with your support that we’re able to continue at the moment. Your custom is allowing us to re-open our shops, which creates vital work for our team and ensures that we’ll still be here once we’re out the other side of this.
